  • HVAC Service Technician

    Compensation: $30.00-$44.00 / hour + Overtime & Performance Spiffs | *Pay Range Based on Experience

    Schedule: Monday through Friday | Consistent Year-Round Hours (Rotating on-call schedule)

    What We Need From You

    • 1-2 years of residential / light commercial HVAC experience
    • Active WA L&I 06A/06B Electrical License or an active Electrical Trainee Card.
    • EPA Section 608 Universal License and a clean, insurable driving record. 

     Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential/light commercial systems, including heat pumps, gas/electric furnaces, and ductless mini-splits. 
    • Clearly explain system health, present upfront repair estimates, and recommend upgrades or equipment replacements when necessary. 
    • Perform routine safety evaluations and seasonal maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency. 
    • Maintain accurate field logs via company-provided tablet software.
